What is a proof of payment?
A proof of payment is a bank-in slip which the bank issues to you upon banking in.
If you bank in…
- Via deposit machine in the bank, the deposit machine will issue you a receipt. This is the proof of payment.
- Via cheque bank-in, the bank will issue you a receipt. This is the proof of payment.
- Via counter in any bank, the bank will give you a customer copy of deposit slip. This is the proof of payment.
How can I send the proof of payment?
You can either…
- Scan the bank-in slip and email it to us, or…
- Snap a photo and email it to us. Please make sure that the photo is sharp and clear, or else we will not accept it.
How long will it take for you to receive the payment?
- For bank-ins via cheque, we will receive the payment after 2-3 working days
- For bank-ins via bank or bank deposit machine, we will receive it within 1 day
- If you are transferring/banking in the payment from other banks (such as RHB, Maybank,etc), we will receive the payment after 2-3 working days.
When will I receive my products if I bank in today?
- Your order will be sent on the next day if the payment is received today (excluding Weekends)
- Aprox 1 - 5 working days (Semenanjung Malaysia) & 2 - 6 working days (Sabah & Sarawak)
What if I did not send any bank-in slip to ehongtai.com even if I had already made the payment?
We will not send out your order until you notify us with a proof of payment (a copy of bank slip/receipt)
